Drew suggested grinding a small amount of the thin metal keepers that are inside the seat rail.  They hit against the nuts holding the seat to the seat rails.  A small grinder works great to grind "U" shape slot in the keepers.  Now my seats slide all the way aft to the last notch on the seats.  I can reach the front bolts easily with a ball end Allen wrench.
