For those of you with concerns about bond integrity.  There are two ways to check bonds. (1.) The cheapest is the coin tap test.  Take a quarter and drop it through your fingers from a height of about 1/4 to 3/8 inch above the skin. Coin to land on it's edge (not flat). You should be able to "tap" 30 or so times per minute. Listen carefully to the sound produced. The sound should be a crisp ping. If the sound is dull, the bond is not good and has voids. This takes a little practice but can be very effective. You obviously need to know where there should be a bond.
(2.)  There is a portable ultrasonic bond tester available.  Not sure of the cost.  Craig Berland IV-P
