The cause was pressure in the down line caused by the pump spool valve or some other faulty component in the pump preventing pressure release. Replacing the pump (valve assembly) fixed the problem. There has been a lot of talk in the past about reversed spool valves. Could this be causing your dear to do the "lambada" Regards Gerard
