I agree with Drew.

 

I'd hate to think that the word on the street is, "If you want it fast, go to Redmond; but if you want it right, do it yourself."

 

If production in the Phillipines is to blame, and the jigs in Redmond are correct, even doing it yourself wouldn't correct the problem.
