I have a Dynon EFIS 10 in my IVP as a backup.  It is not stable and will show +/- 5-10 degree swings and accompanying vertical oscillations.  This is a problem that Dynon has addressed and has a beta software release that I was sent last week.  Dynon believes that this is vibration induced at critical frequencies.  I have the new software and will install it and fly it in the next week if I can get my VM1000 fixed. I will report back.

 

At this point, I would not trust it in IMC.  I already had  an AOA so I did not use theirs.  I did connect it to my existing Pitot/Static system.
