I'd personally recommend that anyone with a 320/360 and Matco brakes just switch to Groves.   They're so much better.  

 

I can tell you that I wish I'd had them when we were landing in Ilulissat, Greenland on the somewhat short and downsloping runway.   I was braking with the Matco's but we weren't stopping as fast as we would have liked.  We did stop in time and didn't go swimming with the icebergs after all, but we wouldn't have sweated it with real brakes.
