Just a few days ago we all saw the pictures of the fast built Legacy that lost it's stub wing upper > surface panel, now Mike Easley writes of an extraordinary 2.7 degrees difference in wingtip > incidence...what will it be next?

Thank you for your interesting analysis and critique. It adds some interesting points to the inquiry of what seems to be a problem, but concluding as you do in the quote above, that the Legacy's loss of the top panel of the stub wing was Lancair's fault is quite unsupported by evidence. I believe that when the investigation is finished, the facts will speak for themselves.
