I will compile a list of everyone interested in attending and post it so you can verify you are on the list and that I have the correct e-mail address. Give me a day or two to get this done.

 

Since George is volunteering the time and the venue, I didn’t think we should expect him to handle this administrative task as well.

 

George, if this is compilation is unnecessary, just let me know and you can simply post the date and time. Since the group has gotten much bigger than you expected, maybe there should be a small fee to cover a barbecue lunch/dinner for all the attendees?
