 David,  I  am pretty certain that,  during the last seven years,    I have
shared more  hard earned  and significant original data, observations, and
well considered  opinions well supported by hard data  concerning the
operation of our  aircraft engines than any 5 or maybe 10 other people
involved in general aviation, combined.
  
            So,  it is, indeed,  as you describe it,  a bit irritating.
  
            Maybe I should have just kept quiet.   Then the vast majority of
 L IVP owners could  continue, without worry,  to roast their engines the way
I have seen in the L IVP community for the last several years.
 
            As  between speaking up - - and keeping silent,  which would you
prefer that I do ?

            PS.   I have received lots of private emails on this subject.   I
appreciate that, very much.   But this discussion really should be about what
and how these forums should function for everyone’s best interest.
