This sentence was preceded by two paragraphs on the philosophy of this site--sharing with other builders on the site. Since you have attempted to change my meaning, I will repeat what I said: "If one doesn't want to take the time or effort to share discoveries for whatever reason, he must understand that mention of them, even casually, can be irritating.", This statement was not made to criticize commercial people on this site. It was made to caution them that there is a sharing history here, and there is a high level of expectation among us to share discoveries to make our planes better and safer. As an aside, my engine has terrific cooling, and I personally am not "stewing or mad". If I knew why my engine ran cool, I would be the first to share my ideas. Perhaps it is my form and fit of the seal between the baffles and the cowl. Perhaps it pertains to something George has discovered--I am happy that he has offered to take time to educate us-there are many on the site who cannot attend, and I hope that he will adjust his seminar to help them as well.
