Does anyone know what weight E-glass is normally used for a L-IVP?  (oz/sq
ft).   ditto for the real light weight e-glass used to cover micro-ed edges.

If any builder has a left-over supply of E-glass that he has no use for, I
would be happy to purchase it for a reasonable price.

 Thanks, Bill Hogarty

The style 7781 e-glass fabric that Lancair supplies is 8.92 oz material (that's oz/sq yard, and some places list it as 9oz).  Lancair's (Kit Components) price of $6/yd is pretty reasonable.  The very lightweight material that they specify to cover the radiused foam portion of a trim tab, for example, is 2oz/sq.yd., and is readily available at most hobby shops that sell RC model airplane supplies.
