My IV-P hydraulic pump cycles every 90 seconds briefly when flaps are in the up position.  Down flap position, the hydraulic pressure holds indefinitely.

I have disconnected the flap actuator and sealed the end of the hose and actuator responsible for the flap-up position, pressure is lost and the pump cycles every 90 seconds.  I have ruled out the flap actuator.

I am now thinking there may be a problem with the o-rings in the control quadrant.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thank you,
Craig Gainza
