My IV-P hydraulic pump cycles every 90 seconds briefly when flaps = are in=20 the up position.  Down flap position, the hydraulic pressure holds=20 indefinitely.

I have disconnected the flap actuator and sealed the end of the = hose and=20 actuator responsible for the flap-up position, pressure is lost and = the=20 pump cycles every 90 seconds.  I have ruled out the flap=20 actuator.

I am now thinking there may be a problem with the o-rings in the = control=20 quadrant.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thank you,
