 I had the same problem.  At least as bad as yours.  My gear legs were loose
in the attachment bracket in the fuselage as well as loose at the spindle end.
 
 I removed both legs and had a local machine shop knurl both ends to increase
the OD.
 
 This seemed to make the problem go away.
 
 However, during my annual in May, I discovered that the left spindle had
loosened again.  I installed shim stock to remove the play and so far the
problem seems solved.  Won't know if the solution is permanent for a while.
 Will be checking periodically.
 
 Unlike your situation, my problem was a severe vibration at a certain speed
during taxi or during roll out after landing.  The things I did to tighten up
the gear assemblies have nearly eliminated that problem completely.
 
 I don't know if it is a fleet problem.  Hard to believe my problem was an
isolated incident.  If you would like to discuss this further, you can email
