Upon routine testing of our Hysol 9339 dated “Received Jan 28 2002”  it was discovered that the Hysol will no longer  cure beyond the “tacky” stage.  This batch of Hysol has not been used on anything structural and we have declared our Hysol as unusable.  Through ensuing conversations with Loctite I find that Hysol 9339 is now only made in 6 oz cartridges for application via a “caulking gun” that fits the 6 oz cartridges.  I think this is going to be a real problem with the some of the quantities that are needed to for the rest of the aircraft and I was curious if anyone has any answers or alternate suggestions.
