Did this ES have stall strips installed on the inboard LE of the wings?

We
terminated stall testing at this point and declared
intentional spins a prohibited manuever. I was aware
of the reputation of these airplanes, but all stalls
leading up this were normal (CG forward, stalls, 1/4
turn left, 1/4 turn right, 1/2 turn left, 1/2 turn
right). It is my belief that if you stall these planes
with some yaw, with the CG in the middle or aft, it
will enter an unrecoverable spin.
