I
called Aerotronics this AM as suggested. Conversation went as
follows:
Woman
answers "Aerotronics"
Me:
"Hello, can I speak to Marty, please?"
Pause.
Woman:
"Do you mean Martin?"
Me: "I
guess so, I was told to ask for Marty but Martin sounds close unless you have
one of each"
Woman
"Who can I tell him is calling?"
Me:
"This is Greg Tanner calling from Bend, OR"
Woman:
"One moment, please"
On
hold a couple minutes.
Woman:
"Martin isn't answering. Would you like his voice mail?"
Me:
"Sure, that would be great"
Pause--ringing---woman's voice comes on--you have reached the voice mail
of Martin something or other. Please leave a message at the
tone.
Me:
"Hi Marty, my name is Greg Tanner. I was told by Bill Call on the Lancair mail
list to give you a call regarding finding hangar space to keep my Lancair 235
while I'm visiting family in Billings the first week of August. Please give me a
call @ (my 800 number) at your earliest convenience."
Still
waiting to hear from him.
