That would probably allow the water to run out, however it would also create
a miserable draft when I don't want fresh air...

What if you determined the low points in your present setup and punched a
few
very small holes in the tubing's fabric in that area of the tubing. The
idea
is that the standing water will not accumulate during the time it rains
because
it will just run out through the tiny holes. Because they are so small,
the
hole will not interfere or reduce the flow to the cabin
