Page in prop logbook showing total time on prop and time since major = overhaul (they bought me a new prop, but they deducted 1/4 of the cost = of a prop overhaul since I had 500 hrs. on the 2,000 hrs. TBO). They also had me do a write-up on how the prop strike happened and send = them digital photos of the damaged prop. No adjustor ever looked at my = plane. They had me get a quote from my local FBO, then they advanced = $9,200 to cover the new prop and the outside inspection work on the = engine components. Hope this is useful info.
