Flew my newly finished IVPT to RDM to have Lancair Avionics correct some minor problems with my instrument panel which they built. Let me preface my comments on their service with the following. My panel was being built by a tech who left Lancair halfway thru the project. The management of the avionics department changed during that time frame. The panel was being built for a Engineair V8 and of course modified for the Walter. And finally my aircraft harnesses were built by Jim Rahm.

Four of my warning lights needed to be rewired. My autopilot servos needed to repinned and jumpered. My Cheltons needed to be upgraded. Amy, Dave and Gary were great. Dave and Gary spent three days trouble shooting the problems and solved them all. Amy runs a very good avionics department. Her charges seem to be very well adjusted and incredibly helpful.

They had a panel in the process of final quality control. I was impressed with what I saw. Their aircraft harnesses are professionally done. Without question, I would have Lancair Avionics build my next panel. I highly recommend them.
