   Thanks!  Your comments have been very helpful.  Your description Lorn
was the first I have heard so that I actually understand where the
pressure leakage to the low side causes the gear to stay up.     What I have not heard from the part is in backwards information is
how, after 500 hours, that installation reversal error has become a
evident.
