try sucking some dry powdered teflon through the tubes. Don't do it with your lungs. Get creative with a shop vac and duct tape
I'm not very happy with the amount of pedal force it takes to move the rudder in my Legacy. I have the adjustable (optional!) rudder pedals on both sides, and I think it's just a problem of dragging four cables in four long tubes.
