We do have trim rings to fit the Legacy window frames we supply. Rings for the ES should be pretty straightforward to lay up. Make them oversized out of 2 BID then cut them down to whatever size works for you. Even BID scraps would work OK. They don't have to be particularly stiff. If you plan on hiring out any of the interior work, ask the shop how wide to make the rings. Seems like everyone has a preference.
