Mark,
I am curious about the justification for disabling a perfectly good internal
voltage regulator and replacing it with an external voltage regulator.  I
have an external B&C regulator on my Lancair but I am helping a friend
finish up a RV6 which has an internal voltage regulator.  I guess I don't
really understand the problem.  Can you point me to some background
information?  Who is Bob N that you referred to?
