The McCrearys wore out very fast. (of course, I was still in the early
stages of flying my LIV). I then switched to Goodyears and have experienced
twice the tire life ( cost is almost twice also ). I feel better flying from
the Goodyears, however, be aware that the new profile needs to be checked
for clearance in the wheel wells. I had to make a significant modification
to the openings.
After 450 hours and 760 flights, I have not experienced detrimental tread
wear on the outer edges of the tires.
