To all LML subscribers..Just joined the party after finding all the inspirational chat. A great many details that I've been interested in learning more about. I have a Lancair 360 w/ call sign C-FXTZ or RACE 35, having been in the Airventure Cup for five years. Handle is "Shadow". Took five years to build, finishing in '93 and now have 750 hrs on it.Will talk about some of the topics mentioned earlier, like facet fuel pumps, aerobatics, formation flying, etc. later, but right now I'd like to send out an invitation to all you Lancair jockeys to come to Windsor,Ont.,Canada for an air race.I'm in the early stages of organizing it, but have found nothing but positive response from everyone here and  from a few of you who have responded to Lorne Olson Mark Ravinski, Ric Argente or Larry Henney. Windsor (CYQG) is about 5 minutes South of  Detroit City Airport(KDET),has customs on the field, and a great facility that is rather quiet. Looking at October 1,2,3,/04 and considering a number of possibilities for format. The Dogwood rules are a good starting point, but depending on the number of planes, it may be open to R-V's and Glastars etc. depending on interest, and incorporate time trials, etc. Have many details to work out, but we're also planning a 200-300 car street rod show along with a hangar dance with a 50's/60's rock and roll theme. Would appreciate a response  from anyone interested to get an idea of numbers and suggestions for a fun, challenging event. Will keep you informed of progress. Thanks.."Shadow".
