Hi Art
You are little ahead of me but I plane to use Carbon
Hinge on my Cowl. I thought I would use one piece across the top and two
short pieces on the sides of  the top half
will use Carbon Hinge to connect the top half to the bottom and use short
pieces on the bottom half where it
connects to the firewall the only screws I plan to use are
around the nose gear door. Would be interested to know
progress and result.
