>>My question is whether there will ever be air downstream of the Facet pump.
Or will the line between the pump and the header tank inlet always have fuel
in it?

It would seem the line from the fuel pump to the header tank will have fuel in it because of header tank slosh back from taxi, turns, climb and turbulence, etc. unless a check valve is in the line.

I was interested in installing the same items a couple of years ago.  I talked to a representative at Pillar Point by telephone, and he discouraged me from doing it as it wouldn't work very good  (I'm not speaking negative about them or their products, just relating what I was told).

This spring I plan to install their fuel controller replacing the two wing tank fuel pump switches and blinking yellow LED lights that are currently utilized.
