Barney Briton N53LB becoming C-GPOA LIVPT Thank you very much Barney, this is exactly what we need to share. I also think you are right on all the requirement and experience. They have required me to get yearly Factory recurrent training. However, I'm not sure who at the factory is still doing it but Peter Stiles is still available. I only have 2300 hrs with Instrument rating and only about 150 hrs of high altitude experience. While the High altitude check out is pretty easy the experience is needed. ATC has tried to send me places that I wasn't about to go with the L4P, you must remain in control and learn there ways. I guess the insurance companies will direct our training for ever. Not all bad, just annoying and hard to keep current. Jim Hergert N6XE, "An Sex Y" L4P [Factory recurrency training is still going on... they're having the first mass session next weekend in Sebring, FL.
