Whoever said the hobbs meter has to be located in the instrument
pannel. That's like saying all circuit breakers have to be in the
pannel. Personally, I don't think one needs it. All Inspections are
done off the tach.
Hey, speaking of pannels. Anyone seen the recent article in Flying
about the NEW Garmin G1000 pannels? WOW! I would wait about a year
before I would buy one. But man, I love the Garmin 430s and 530s.
