Just to verify my rightful position I notice that Webster gives as the #1 definition "a machine for converting thermal energy into mechanical energy" and way, way down in #4 position is "any mechanical contrivance." Ha. Then I looked in Mark's Handbook, my bible that has never been wrong in 40 years, for verification. In the index under "Motor" is "see also airplane engines..." Drats. Now what am I going to do about Search Engines....it's hopeless. I would be better advised to go out and work on my airplane. Gary Casey
