IF you have deadsticked a 104, then I am truly in awe of your flying abilities, because I seem to remember a film shown in pilot training in which an Air Force test pilot tried the same trick and failed, to his severe physical detriment. (too low to bail, early 104 with downward ejection).
I'll bet the "deadstick" event was on a vary long paved runway of your chosing, not in a pile of rocks somewhere in the mountains between Salt Lake and San Fran.
