The solution is to stop having accidents. One or two LIVP accidents a year cost the industry a million dollars or more. How many $10,000 policies does it take to cover that kind of loss? If we continue to prang one or more LIVP's a year we will be back in the boat of no insurance for anyone. (This is deja vu all over again)

 

Some LIVP fliers are uninsurable-- too little experience, too much airplane.
