While the motor (or is it an engine?) is resting on the top pads,
don't put the bottom pads in place, but look for the threads through the
mount using a long bar, to deform the top mount until you can
find the threads, then thread in the bolt... Next attach the lower pads,
doing the easy ones first and torque, so then you put the hard ones
the motor is already compressed...
