Anyone have any good tricks
for getting the mounting holes to line up with the Barry mounts when installing
an IO-550? I'm afraid that if I use a big punch to lever the engine into
place, it'll damage the threads in the engine "feet". The holes are as
much as 1/4" off, and even good 4-letter Anglo-Saxon words won't get the bolts
to line up and get started. If I didn't know better, I'd say the mount
doesn't match the engine very well. Now that wouldn't be possible, . . . .
would it . . . .?
