You just want the interior of the cabinet (and its contents) to remain at about 80F. The cabinet should be large enough to comfortably house the pump and let you use it without having to take it out. A 2 foot cube would be plenty. To install the light just use one of those octagonal boxes and a ceramic incandescent fixture. Put a wall thermometer inside to monitor the temps... adjust bulb wattage until you achieve your desired result. ]
