I had a GPSS installed on my Lancair ES (S-tec 50) by a radio shop and
it worked very well.  The Lancair IV I have now has an S-tec 50 with
GPSS that also works well.
 
Sorry I can't give you any feedback on the installation itself since I
had it done by people who know what they are doing.
