be forwarned that Caldwell, KCDW, has its main runway 4/22 closed
for repaving (at least it was day before yesterday when I shot LOC22
there... low approach only).  I still maintain that KMMU is a good
bet for reaching NYC.  If I had more than a 2-seat car, I'd offer
