The best way is to choose aero options speed brakes - only needs an
electrical wire - no cables.
www.aero-options.com. Bill Maddox sells a superior speed brake compared to
the Precise Flight ones.

I am installing the Precise Flight speed brakes with a servo in the fuselage
and cables running from the servo to the brake in the wing. However, I have
also installed the extended fuel option which means the bays in the wing
(between the brake and the fuselage) that would normally be dry are now wet.
The cable for the speed brakes must now run through these wet bays. <<<<
