I had to repair all three of mine due to internal leaks , the problem was not the "O" ring on the piston , it was the mating surface on the nut that held the piston on the rod , it was not seating properly with the washer combination "O" ring . It was easily resurfaced on a flat surface and a sheet of 320 wet or dry. this stopped all of my hydraulic hiccups. Fred this may be part of your problem too. Billy H. 360BH
