Airport rumor has it that the pilot attempted to force the aircraft into the air, escalating bouncing occurred, rudder and prop impacted ending in a ground loop. Nose gear collapsed or was sheared, left main collapsed and tips (possibly winglets) damaged. At least one fuel cavity was breached as there was lots of fuel around the aircraft. Rumor has it that the plane had about 10 hours on it and the pilot, who had flown it up from Florida in 3 hours earlier in the week, was uninsured. Both pilot and occupant walked away. Pilot supposedly said that while accelerating he rotated to his normal takeoff attitude and when that did not work he rotated a little more. Don't know the weather conditions but HEF is only about 325 feet in elevation; so compared to Florida, density altitude should not have been much of a contributor. Hollis Helms
