Robert Williams is The Man at KCI, and if you've got questions about how to order from them you probably should call Lancair (541-923-2244) and ask for him. The KCI website isn't quite functional yet as they intend to integrate the ordering process with the KCI inventory to provide real-time info on pricing and availability, and getting all that stuff running together is a much larger task than building a simple website. Vern runs the Lancair-kits parts department, and is The Man to call if you need a replacement kit part, advhesives and resins, and the other stuff you've probably ordered from him in the past. I don't know how the lines are going to be drawn between Vern's and Robert's areas, but I suspect we'll hear about it once it becomes a priority item on Joe's to-do list. ]
