Next weekend (9/13-14) is the North Central EAA Fly-in (KSQI) and 77 NM (Hah!) race. See:

 

 

I have been in contact with them about the distance inaccuracy due to their using an old sectional and an AOPA yellow ruler lengthened by the heat of the summer sun plus some blueberry stains obscuring an airport turn.  I recently sent them an update on the turn distances.  Their 77 mile race is actually 80 NM plus another 1.5 due to turns.
