Using the formulae in the "Aerodynamics for Navel Aviators", at 190 Kts a 60* banked turn from Madras to Sun River (166*) and thence to Redmond (171*) would add another 1.8 NM to the distance (not counting the start and finish turns) - For me, that meant 103 NM in 31:16 or 198 Kts (not 194) and 228 mph (not 223). These are more in line with what I have been turning.
