Its my understanding that the 400 was pushed farther into a spin than it
ever had and then after it didn't recover the way he wanted it to he popped
the chute which wouldn't jettison afterwards [ cable cutter didn't work] so
he departed the fix so to speak because the a/c wasn't controllable/landable
w/ the chute out behind.
