Ours is a B&C  110-1  12V 36 AH battery  (see:  http://www.bandcspecialty.com/parts.html )
mounted on cockpit side of firewall on passenger side, terminals down and rear facing with a B&C LR2 regulator.
Battery installed 1999 or before.  I have inadvertantly fully discharged it twice while doing annuals and it recharged and has acted fine since and holds charge great.  The B&C 110-1 is the same as the Hawker Genesis G26EP so far as I can tell.)  So I consider this battery to be a tough performer.

I have had one failure of the B&C LR2 regulator where the surge protector zener shorted.  I didn't have the time to send it to the factory (we were starting out on a trip) so I fixed it with a MOV and it's been fine since (2 years).
