I have never found a need to use this product. If there is a possibility for an epoxy/micro mix to sag or run, I will routinely cover it with peel ply. This is very effective at holding the mix in place on a bottom or vertical part and you have the added benefit of being able to smooth as well as slightly shape the surface as the mixture sets up.
