It is very ironic that the aerodynamic features which make an aircraft 'spin resistant' can also make it neary impossible to recover from a spin if it does occur.  My vote is to keep the tried and true 'standard' flight qualities, and let the pilot deal with it.  Anyone who disagrees with me should install a 150 lb non working parachute like Cirrus. ha
