I verified that the BL-50 and tip ribs were level and fitted the stub wing skin, drilling cleco holes at the root to hold it. I also used the clark foam as per the SB. When the Hysol was applied I used pop rivets in all the cleco holes and clamped the bottom bond line. Sand bags were used on the top to hold the bond line to the spar and BL-50 rib. This all resulted in a very good fit on both stub skins. Dan L-360 olsen@eai.com
