I personally have a problem with anonymous postings. R.E. the bashing of

[Tom, I understand your position re: anonymous postings, and as you know
there have been very few of them to the LML since its inception.  In
this instance I thought it appropriate, as the person who sent me the
information is not a subscriber and has his own reasons for asking that
his name be withheld.  As for the validity of his statements, I have no
reason to doubt them as he certainly has nothing to gain or lose either
way, he is just trying to provide us with a bit more information to
assist with a difficult decision.  I held off sharing this post until I
had an opportunity to learn a bit more about the source, suffice it to
say that he is well qualified and in the business of making composite
aircraft.  (He holds a PhD in mechanical engineering, his specialty is
the dynamic behavior of composite structures, and during the day he hangs
his hat on the rack at Scaled Technology... a name I'm sure you're
familiar with.)  If you prefer to discount his information since it
doesn't have a name attached to it, you are certainly welcome to do
